Write it down
Screening standards, turn scopes, escalation thresholds and approval limits exist in writing before they're needed. Nothing important is improvised.
The firm
Leev Management LLC was built by people who have signed the loan documents, argued the tax appeal and taken the 2 a.m. call about a flooded riser. That perspective decides how we run every building we touch.
We stay deliberately small. Each portfolio manager carries a defined number of doors, and owners talk to that person — not a queue.

We take no vendor rebates or markups. What the vendor charges is what the owner pays, and the invoice is attached to the statement.
Retention is cheaper than leasing. Every request gets an answer the same business day, even when the answer is no.
We work within the licensing and agency requirements of each market we operate in, and confirm the arrangement for your property in writing.
We carry the coverage our engagements require and provide current certificates to owners on request.
All leasing follows federal, state and local fair housing law, with annual staff training and audited screening criteria.
